What a note can't do

A note is a confirmation, not a diagnosis or treatment. A nurse practitioner can only attest to what they can reasonably assess. Notes that require a physical exam, complex documentation (such as certain disability, insurance, or return-to-work forms), or certification of things that can't be verified online aren't appropriate here.
